Connecting with others through my love of food is what gives me joy. This led me to build a career as a private chef, create a kitchen coaching program and sell my small-batch, health-forward snacks at local shops and markets.

When not cooking, you can find me teaching latin dance, tending to my growing family of plants and planning my next trip to the tropics.

At age 38, I was diagnosed with thyroid disease and told by medical doctors that I’d be on medication for life. I chose different. I completely healed myself using nutritious foods in 6 months. This is what drives my passion for creating vibrant mouthwatering dishes that sing on the plate.
